Veggies arepas. Yes, OF COURSE!

Arepas are made with corn flour, gluten-free and have a higher nutritional value than other bread made from wheat flour. Nevertheless, we are producing even more nutritious arepas, incorporating half the proportions into vegetables like carrots, spinach, and beets.

We know that it is very important to have a healthy and balanced diet. Vegetables are essential for the proper functioning of the body, they have a high content of vitamins, minerals, fibers, and antioxidants.

With great pride and responsibility for the health of all of us is that we want to introduce you to the carrot, spinach, and beet arepas. We prepare them in all traditional tastes (see menu) or simply flat to consume with what you like and feed you.

Vegetable arepas are tasty and you can always have them on hand to serve a meal with high nutritional value, prepared without preservatives, with organic and fresh ingredients.
